SUPPORTED VERSIONS
eSearch v3.1 and v3.2 are currently supported, including all Service Packs for these versions.
All versions prior to v3.1 are not supported by Iron Mountain.
DE-SUPPORT NOTICE
As per our support policy, and previous notifications on this website, Iron Mountain hereby announce that support for version 3.0 has already expired.
We strongly recommend all users of v3.0 now upgrade to version 3.2.
New Features in eSearch Version 3.0
Version 3.0 was released in November 2005.
The current release of eSearch is Version 3.2, which is now commercially available for new installations and upgrades. Please contact your account manager at Iron Mountain or Schlumberger Information Solutions (SIS) to obtain your software.
Customers are advised that eSearch v3.0 is no longer supported.

Version 3.0 combines a completely redesigned user interface with some key new functionality to deliver a significantly enhanced user experience.

Enhanced user experience
Following extensive research and feedback from many users, the user experience of all desktop and web components of eSearch have been redesigned for improved usability and intuitiveness.
The product is now easier to use and easier to understand. In particular, the number of mouse clicks required to complete many operations has been reduced, by up to 85% in some cases.
- Improved layout, clarity and workflow of all screens in the desktop and web application interfaces (including the Data Loader tool), with clearer and more detailed on-line Help
- Reduced number of mouse or key steps for common tasks and workflows, such as single-click Return Ordering of delivered items
- New techniques such as AutoComplete for most field types in the query & insert/amend forms, and editable Query Outline
- Extended User Preferences allowing users to define a default datatype, customize their Common Tasks, configure their Find It Fast options and customize their own views of attributes in query, search results and editing forms
- Enhanced search results including View & Save Query and direct viewing of e-docs from search results
- Enhanced reporting such as printable Manifest Report showing all linked record relationships
- Simplified states for Ordering & Physical Movement
