SUPPORTED VERSIONS

eSearch v3.1 and v3.2 are currently supported, including all Service Packs for these versions.
All versions prior to v3.1 are not supported by Iron Mountain.

DE-SUPPORT NOTICE

As per our support policy, and previous notifications on this website, Iron Mountain hereby announce that support for version 3.0 has already expired.

We strongly recommend all users of v3.0 now upgrade to version 3.2.

New Features in eSearch Version 3.1

eSearch v3.1 - Released October 2006 Version 3.1 was released in October 2006.

The current release of eSearch is Version 3.2, which is now commercially available for new installations and upgrades. Please contact your account manager at Iron Mountain or Schlumberger Information Solutions (SIS) to obtain your software.

Version 3.1 at a glance

The headline features introduced in this earlier release were:

New search tools for high volumes of attachments and historical custody information
Loan workflow to streamline in-house asset management processes
Productivity enhancements for ordering including single-click ordering, scan to order and cascade checkout of items in a container
Extended attachment management throughout eSearch including bulk data loading, linking all files in a directory, a new security profile, search and highlighting of matching query terms in electronic documents
Custom physical item attributes so that administrators can rename existing fields and add up to nine new fields for physical item records
Streamlined data import and export allowing templating of frequently-used data import sets, bulk import of attachments and updates to existing records from spreadsheet, copying of data structure via XML export and import
Extended auditing to record details of the last amendment made to every datatype record
