eSearch v3.1 and v3.2 are currently supported, including all Service Packs for these versions.
All versions prior to v3.1 are not supported by Iron Mountain.

Announcing the latest and most feature-rich release of eSearch for new installations and
upgrades from the previous version.
v3.2 is the latest release of eSearch, Iron Mountain's asset management product. It offers a wide variety of additional capabilities to make the task of managing physical assets and their associated metadata and attachments (electronic documents) easier and more efficient.
This software is now commercially available for new installations and upgrades. Please contact your account manager at Iron Mountain or Schlumberger Information Solutions (SIS) to obtain your software.

LATEST: eSearch 3.2 Service Pack 2 is now available for download
This update includes nearly 30 quality improvements to eSearch 3.2 in the last 3 months.
Headline changes since the base release of v3.2.0 include:
Performance Improvements:
- Significant improvements in the memory handling of Web Server & Desktop Application during report generation: up to 80% reduction in the physical memory consumed by eSearch
- Significant performance improvement for bulk updating physical item information on a data set with a high volume of physical records
- Performance of displaying list of batches in Data Loader has been significantly improved
- Improved performance of deleting records from Input tables
Reporting:
- Better feedback now provided of the progress of report generation
- New 'Productivity' system audit report added to provide for all record change activity, with standard grouping options
- Report provided to show the number of physical items and meta-data records per datatype
Usability Improvements:
- Choosing one or more datatypes to search on in Web application is now more intuitive - can only search on selected datatypes
- Correct consistent alphabetical sorting of all data lists
- Improved usability of adding criteria to query form in Web application - criteria are now added when navigating off the field
- Resolved problem where queries with a large number of values (e.g. 100+) could not be handled
Data Loader:
- Include Physical Item Attributes (e.g. Store Barcode) for the unique record match in the Attachment Update feature
- Default option for Elements in the 'Load Element Data' step of the wizards is now 'No'
- Amending a child record using Ctrl-S has been added to the 'Amend Batch' functionality
- Uploading Batches now genuinely performed immediately when that option is selected (resolving the problem with time zones etc)
Bulk Edit:
- Removed the previous built-in delay for bulk edit jobs so that the 'execute immediately' option does now submit the job instantaneously
Active Directory Integration:
- Reconcile selected User Accounts between eSearch and Active Directory
Localisation:
- Updated the format and layout of the locale token files to facilitate much easier translation updates for new releases
