Welcome to the new Articles section of the revitalised Iron Mountain eSearch website. We have spent considerable time in ensuring that this website, its content and its user interface is as easy as possible to navigate and for you to get to the information that you need.

Firstly, what is eSearch?  eSearch is a worldwide recognised asset and records management system. eSearch has a very mature, broad and proud history of innovation and customer satisfaction, and has thousands of customers worldwide.
The latest version of eSearch (version 3.4, released today), is a milestone in this products history. Never before has it been possible for the product to deliver so much feature rich content through a standard web browser.
Our customers can now view thumbnails of attachments and images, store entire folders of attachments natively, even keeping the file structure of where it comes from.

Users can review and re-run their ten most recent searches, hugely increasing the time spent from request to retrieval for common tasks. The User interface of the application has been completely re-engineered to make it more intuitive. The styles a user can choose to present their searches are entirely customisable. All of these features are brand new and I am sure will delight our customers, both old and new.

I hope to write articles that will provide to our valued customers more information that they can get the most out of their system through 2011 and beyond, and I’m sure that the benchmark v3.4 release, combined with the revitalised eSearch website, newsletter and blog will satisfy and exceed the expectations set out to be delivered by myself and my team.
