Info  WHAT IS THE 'KNOWLEDGE BASE'?

It is a searchable area of the website containing support information useful to and personalised for current eSearch users.

The information is stored in an eSearch database repository, and the Flash user interface application for it was developed using the eSearch API. That means it's really easy to find the information you're looking for!
The user interface for this repository has been redesigned and improved in 2007.

What information does it contain?

Material in this searchable repository includes Technical FAQs, Tips & Tricks, Announcements, Product Downloads and a daily updated status log of Enhancement Requests and Reported Issues.

How do I access it?

To access this area, you need to have received a username and password for it. It is not possible to use it without a personal login account.

Once you have requested one from this site, you will be sent an email confirmation of your request. Then Iron Mountain or SIS need to approve your request before you can be granted this access.
When you have your login credentials, you can sign in to the KnowledgeBase

Can other people view information relating to my company?

The Knowledge Base uses the proven security model of eSearch itself to ensure that any information relating to a particular company is only accessible to the appropriate parties.

No data records owned by any company are stored in this area, only information relating to issues and enhancement requests.

The security model for this area is managed by Iron Mountain directly, and no changes can be made to it by anyone from this website.
